Arrowhead Cadillac Service Above and beyond service! Honest with repairs and car needs.
Oil change and fabric protection I brought my car in for service and as usual, the service person tried to up sell me on services needed. I really dislike that aspect of your service team. Also the service person claimed to already know me even though I had never brought the car in before for service but always had it picked up instead. That did bother me as he brushed me off when I tried to introduce myself. He certainly did NOT give me a welcoming feeling

Corvette purchase and repair I purchased a used Corvette Grand Sport and the process was very easy and the sales team and finance team were very friendly and professional. I purchased the extended warranty for the car and ended up needing a starter replaced about six months later. It has easy and painless to have the work done. I had the oil changed at the same time and it was complimentary for the first oil change. Car was washed and vacuumed it looked great! Roadside Service This was for road side service. I had just finished loading my car to head to the Northwest for the summer. When I tried to start the car nothing happened except some strange noises which indicated a dead battery. I called Roadside Service got an immediate response. The tech came out shortly and was very professional and efficient. With a quick replacement of the battery I was on my way. Great service would highly recommend.
