Perhaps we should have ordered off the traditional menu rather than the restaurant week one and we may have had a better experience. Food was fine but nothing memorable. I found 2 scales and a fish bone in my rockfish. My husband’s steak was cooked perfectly. Dessert mousse should’ve been served on a chilled plate as it melted quickly. We went to Arthur's for Restaurant Week. We loved their preset menu. Every item on the preset 3-course menu was delicious. The service was excellent. The ambiance is soft and romantic. We can't wait to come back to try out their regular menu. We highly recommend Arthur's for Restaurant Week.

The food was excellent as always. Service, however, was not. First, they were understaffed. Second, they ran out of the champagne brie soup, and had to make another batch. So, about an hour and a half from the time we sat down to getting our soup, and then another 30-40 minutes before the entree arrived. Waiter kept us semi-informed as to the delays. Terrible service, great food. I would recommend Arthur's because of the excellent food my husband would not because of the poor service and attention to detail.
