I made reservations for dinner for two. Unfortunately, I was thinking I made them for a different night. (Call it old age.) I even printed out my confirmation, but did not look at/or read it until we pulled up in front of the restaurant. We took a chance and went inside. I explained to the Maitre d' my absentminded blunder, apologized for not showing up the night before, and asked if he had room for us for dinner. This was our first time at this restaurant. It was amazing it reminds me of dinning on a cruise simply beautiful. The place and the food! We will be back very soon
We visited Arthur’s during restaurant week. The food was quite good but the entrees were not what I’m use to at Arthur’s. The champagne brie soup was fabulous as ever. The service is the best of all Addison restaurants. Best atmosphere. Just wish they would enforce a dress code. It’s ok to refuse seating people who are rude enough to show up in shorts and flip flops.
Ate this time from the Restaurant Week menu. Fantastic menu with many choices. Portions were generous and the price was great. Service was impeccable as it always is. They also do great Martinis.
My fiancé and I went after work - it was casual Friday for me so l looked like Ms. Fizzle in blue and green while my fiancé looked as if he left Hawaii earlier in the day. Great upscale restaurant with excellent dining choices and service.
Great food. Excellent service. Good wine list. As always, Arthur’s offers an awesome dining experience. The watermelon salad was wonderful as was the steak & salmon.
We tried Arthur's out during resturant week. The descriptions of the items in their menu sounded delicious. When we got there it was like going back in time and not necessarily in a good way. The food was okay, but not seasoned well. It seemed like they were serving food in a retirement community. Everything was just kind of bland. Overall it was just an ok experience, but we likely won't be going back.
Maybe. The experience initially seemed like it would be upscale, but the salmon was dry, no wine pairings were offered and the live band music was loud in the restaurant. The escargot was wonderful. The creme brûlée was more like flan and lacked the richness in flavor. There are so many restaurants to choose from that I’d probably suggest another option over this one.
