Excellent products and service. I received my order quickly and free shipping was a bonus. The bulbs were unfortunately broken upon arrival likely due to the shipping process but Adrian A. CSR13 was extremely helpful and ordered me replacement parts to be shipped right away. I ordered the carter pendant lights and they look great above the island. I also purchased an Artika chandelier from Lowe’s and it looks beautiful! I’ve received so many compliments on it.

I purchased Neptune Shower Caddy from Costco more than year ago after many frustration of finding the right shower caddy that is high quality and fits my modern contemporary deco. Since then, I have been extremely happy with the product also most recently their customer support Tyffany was outstanding. I was looking for a replacement part for the item that recently failed.
