Contacted Artika about a light I purchased from Costco that stopped working. Costco doesn't carry them anymore so I gave the product number to Artika and they said they would send me one. Great service and prompt reply. Highly recommend.
The person I talked to was knowledgeable and helped me when I had placed an incorrect order. I appreciated his help so that I could order the correct lamp.
