I have been living here for three years and the first year was amazing. The neighbors were great and it seemed like “ the” place to rent. However, in the last year it has gotten so incredibly ghetto. You constantly smell weed. You can’t take your kids to the pool in the summer bc there are glass bottles and weed smoking at the pool. There’s cockroach issues on the property. The dumpster overflowed with trash everywhere. The courtesy officer is anything but that. They’ve had break ins but wont fix the cameras. The building are are not insulated properly you can hear every move your neighbor makes. The parking is the worst I’ve seen in my life. It’s obvious they didn’t make enough parking spaces when they made the apartments.
