Everything about this apartment complex is wonderful! The amenities are beautiful, maintenance is extremely responsive and helpful, and Natasha and Tamara have both been wonderful to work with. Moving from out of state, there was a lot for us to coordinate and Natasha made the apartment side of things very easy! I love Artisan Station Apartments I have been there for almost 2 years, the people of the leasing center are very kind. The common areas are always clean and it is a quiet, luxury and beautiful place, I recommend it 100%! In addition, it is located in the best area of Suwanee, close to Downtown Suwanee and close to supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shop which makes it perfect.
Artisan station apartments is the best place to live, I have been living here for 2 years and I love it! It’s a clean and luxury place, they are always improving the buildings and every time I have a question they kindly assist me! Definitely the best place to live, also my A/C was broken on a Sunday and they came to my apartment and they fixed🤍 I recommend this place 100%
DONT RENT HERE The staff will treat you so nicely until you sign the lease then they show their true color; the manager ( Tamara) does not care about residences complaints and issues she does not reply to messages or answer calls, and agent Dzenita is the rudest of all ,she does not hesitate hanging up on residences when she does not know how to answer the inquiry; The community is infested with all different kinds of roaches; living here means living with bugs and roaches - the stairs are very dirty and full of bugs; and Th... read more
We have been battling roaches since we moved in. Unknown to us, the previous tenants had a roach infestation and no matter how much we clean and lay out traps and pesticides, we see occasional American and German roaches. We have figured that they are in the walls and are coming out. Most of the other tenants here with pets are irresponsible pet owners constantly leaving poop in the grass/sidewalks and not bagging it up despite there being poop stations everywhere.
