Communication at the beginning of the build process had some challenges. However, those challenges were overcome, and I couldn't be happier with the assistance and customer service I received by the end of the process.
Everything was clear and we were informed well.
Art was awesome!
It was a smooth transition. The only thing that wasn't was the closing date being moved back 3 times. That was more in the builder side.

Art Fuentes was tremendous. He really did a great job taking care of us...answering all our questions throughout the processes...and went out of his way to work to minimize closing costs.
Helpful when needed. Very respectful on the phone. I would have liked a better explanation on the process and what steps came next as we didn’t hire anyone or realtor to walk us through this. Either way we appreciate what he did for us.
