Need to be better informed and knowledgeable about different types of loans. Mine was a Texas Veteran with FHA, when the loan was delayed for a week due to paperwork needs, they seemed unprepared. Even stating, we don’t do these type loans very often. They maybe they should have done their homework ahead of time and contacted Texas Vet company to work these out in the months prior, not 5 days before I closed. Their indecision and lack of initiative has them changing our closing date 5 times.
This was my first experience buying a house and it was a great one because everyone that I worked with through this was amazing and helpful.

Arturo was very responsive and professional through the COVID-19 crisis. Even through my unrelenting questions and concerns, Arturo found the time to respond and alleviate my concerns.
Constant communication
Just a long process that was not as smooth and favorable as it could have been .
Not as smooth as we had expected which disqualified from better interest rate .
There were a few roadblocks an hour prior to closing and Arturo worked diligently to help me resolve them and move into my home.
Lending team was awesome, efficient, quick and overall just on top of it. We had some bumps in the road but KB homes and the team we had from lending, to sales consultant to the building superintendent is what made us stay! Happy, happy borrower over here!!
