Need to be better informed and knowledgeable about different types of loans. Mine was a Texas Veteran with FHA, when the loan was delayed for a week due to paperwork needs, they seemed unprepared. Even stating, we don’t do these type loans very often. They maybe they should have done their homework ahead of time and contacted Texas Vet company to work these out in the months prior, not 5 days before I closed. Their indecision and lack of initiative has them changing our closing date 5 times.

Lending team was awesome, efficient, quick and overall just on top of it. We had some bumps in the road but KB homes and the team we had from lending, to sales consultant to the building superintendent is what made us stay! Happy, happy borrower over here!!
