Before and after COVID the communication was not to my liking, I had a hard time getting in contact with Art and I didn't receive my initial loan docs until 5 months after I signed the purchase agreement. I had to reach out to the KBHS Branch Manager to get resolution. Melony was really nice, helpful and communicative. After speaking with her, the communication with Art got better.
