Mr Fuentes, communicates really well in everything on what we needed and when it is needed to complete our requirements. He emails, he texts, and he calls us. It makes it personal when he calls, as we feel his concern to ensure we understood whats needed and why is it needed. We are just grateful to work with him and have him as our Mortgage Loan Officer.
