Arrived promptly. Very safe. Tied off ladder (which no other company did). Took pictures to show me. After they were selected, arrived within an hour.

He even came for a return visit to abate my ongoing concerns about a possible leak and identified the problem (which wasn't roof related). We signed up for a 2-year guarantee which gives us a peace of mind. Recommended.

Initial visit was prompt, did a thorough inspection and provided a clear description of what is needed for the roof repair. He has as in-depth knowledge of roofs, problems and fixes. Written proposal received after a day. A crew of two came on time as scheduled to fix the problem and did what I believe is good work. Time will tell. Recommended the company to my daughter and son-in-law for a potential roof repair to their house also in Arlington.
