Beautiful community and beautiful apartment homes very clean and spacious. Not just a normal bland white wall in the space, they gave it character with the paint throughout the home and top whirlpool appliances throughout...the only thing missing is the Nest thermostat. This community left no stone unturned because I also have a storage closet off my balcony which is hard to find in a new community. The staff was helpful from my first visit through my process to my key delivery...I most definitely recommend Ascent!

I have lived at Ascent for almost a year now. This by far is one of the best places I lived at. Ascent takes great pride in their property and apartments. Apartments are a nice size with energy efficient appliances. Their amenities are great and their Staff and Manager are awesome! I am renewing my lease again- I highly recommend Ascent of Mallard Creek.

We have really enjoyed living at Ascent at Mallard Creek! We are in a 2 bedroom apartment. From the trendy grey walls, to the recessed ceiling in the living room and ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room, we have enjoyed the layout of the apartment. Top items on my list were to have granite countertops and a porch; Ascent delivered. The kitchen set up is nice for just cooking dinner or making several batches of Christmas cookies. I have lived here almost a year now and from the apartment tour, move in process, to now, I have had an excellent experience living here at Ascent at Mallard Creek. My apartment is beautiful and up to date with amenities from washer and dryer, and concierge trash pick up and most importantly I feel very safe having my son spend time with me here. I would definitely recommend prospective renters to give them a call and move in ASAP.

Our leasing consultant Ariel was great and everyone were very prompt in helping us get settled. The apartment was nice and clean and appliances basically brand new which was great as well. I would absolutely recommend this complex to friends and family!
