Reception staff very welcoming and efficient. Vet took great care in assessing my dog's condition.Gave clear and thorough information as to the initial medication that was prescribed. She also discussed the options which were available going forward. I was very happy with the due care and attention she gave . Highly recommend

I had a home visit which went exceptionally well. Both Laura and Sam were just lovely, very professional and understanding of my cats needs. They carried out a very thorough examination very carefully and the outcome of the whole visit was very positive. I would recommend this practice without any hesitation. Very friendly people and extremely thorough.

Appointment booking online was good as was availability.. Went to get my cat’s nails trimmed - the vet nicked one of her nails causing it to bleed a lot so he then had to administer another procedure to stem the bleeding which I wasn’t too happy about as I got blood on my clothing and hand. Then when it came to pay, I was astonished at the cost £25!!!! Last time this was done - maybe Oct last year it was £20 which I thought was expensive… I shall be looking for future alternatives..
The receptionist was very welcoming and Sam the vet was her usual welcoming person

Very pleased to get a same day appt on 31st Dec. @ 12.30pm. Thank you. Receptionist/vet. nurse was very helpful. I don't think the vet introduced himself with his name and didn't notice a name badge. Plus no vets. name on the meds he prescribed. He was professional, helpful and prescribed eye ointment for the problem (I had noticed my cat's eye was weeping but not that there appeared to be a small cut on edge of eyelid). The staff at Ash Barn were helpful kind and nothing was too much trouble. The aftercare was excellant. Sam took time to explain everything to us. They have continued to be helpful, with a few issues we have had since. Great team. Thankyou.
