Admin processes are not structured and vary, payment links rarely work, taking a week to raise a private prescription (5 phone calls from me) is not acceptable. I only stay with this practice as my pets are elderly and the actual vet, Sam, is amazing. Everything else is disappointing since the practice became part of a large group. And unfortunately this is a regular experience.
