We chose Parkwood Meadows because my mother fell in love with it when we walked in. She felt safe, secure and comfortable. The apartment sizes are great and perfect for her needs. She also has a little back door with a yard for her dog and she can go walk. The best part about the community so far has been the staff members, they have been very communicative with any changes that are going on and they talk with her so she doesn't feel alone. My mom is very happy here and we would recommend.

We no longer get some services that are supposed to be included in our rent. I understand the importance of protecting us from COVID, but there should be alternative services provided.

My dad has lived at Parkview Meadows for a few years now. It’s been working out better than any of the previous communities we have tried before. We like that the rooms are permanently assigned to residents (versus other facilities he has lived in which have shuffled him around from room to room with little notice for various reasons). Their doors have names on them and residents wear name tags because they feel like a community here. It's a smaller place which allows for a more of a one on one experience . The staff are outgoing and if there's a concern, they call quickly. My aunt liked visiting my mom so much, that she moved in there as well, that's how much we like it there. They have a family night once a month for dinner, and we get to meet her friends. They make us feel included, valued, and like our thoughts mattered. The apartments are small but the facility was nice and the included benefits were great. The biggest draw back is that peoole can smoke in their apartment.

This was a very nice facility. It's run by Holiday, same as [removed] in Cedar Park, but the Round Rock location is more convenient for our family. Similar activity schedule, and also has home health on site.

No oven or microwave, No ceiling fans. Not enough emenities. 2nd bedroom is too small, more of office space. Does not have central air, rooms have units like you find in hotels. Closets are too small in the bedrooms. Beautifully landscaped and outside building is very impressive. Staff very friendly and helpful.
