I understand why some people have great reviews about Adam and Ashland Auction house while others think they are scum. This auction house has great customer service but I personally have reason not to trust them. In my situation, the auction ad was misleading and the owner wasn't showing the property. Now after I was under contract and signed the docs the owner eventually sent an email to Adam taking full responsility for the misleading advertisement but Adam didn't know the owner sent me a copy of the email as well.
