I had sold a number of properties with both Lee and Adam years ago and had very positive experiences. As some rentals have become vacant, I contacted them to auction the properties. I recently sold one for quite a bit more than I was intending. But, overall -- they make the experience VERY smooth and professional. Their communication is impeccable, the phone consultations to discuss the reserve price and best way to list/sell were great. I have given five (well deserved) stars out of five for all criteria listed.

Purchased an auction house and the transaction was very quick, easy and smooth. June Piper-Brandon got all paperwork in a timely manner and spent very little time making this happen As an investor that is important!! Will defintley look to them again for future purchases.

Limited, as our circumstances changed and moving to another region became necessary, but we regret not having had the opportunity to work further with Aidan, who performed impressive research and legwork toward meeting our needs. I recommend him without reservation.
