Sectional was delivered without legs for the wedge piece. Was told it would be 7-14 business days.
In store service was fine until at check out while discussing delivery’s information. I was thrilled the couch could be delivered on a Saturday since I work Monday-Friday. I was made aware some knew would contact me bf they have a 3 hour window for delivery. I was fine with that. Only request I had was to put a comment in the order to try to deliver any time except for a specific 3 hours.
