They failed to deliver when promised. They didn't seem to want to work with me to make things right. Don't care who's mistake ,the company should be trying to make things right. Doesn't seem to be that way there.
Well the staff was helpful. However one of the pieces we picked up was damaged and had to be returned

(Boardman Ohio store). We were told the financing through Wells Fargo was not a credit card, but our sales person Donna Barrett said they would send us a Ashley store home card. I had asked why would they send me a card, if this financing process is not for a credit card. I had specifically asked, “is this a credit card” and she told me no. After further research through Wells Fargo and other reviews of consumers having the same issues, it was fully determined that in fact it is a credit card And she had lied right to mine... read more
I had to hunt sale associates after 30 minutes. No came to help. I was ready to walk out of store
