I was on a mission to buy a new mattress and had already been to several stores. Oliver was by far so much more knowledgeable and helpful than all the others. Considering I knew nothing about mattress I explained to him my problem and my priorities What a difference in salesmanship. He was extremely patient and if that wasn’t enough he walked me to the door. I could not have received any better advice and service.

Your sales associate Candy was great !! She could not have been more willing to help or more pleasant of a person. My first couple choices of bedroom sets had too long of a delivery time to meet the deadline I had. Candy worked with me to find I bedroom set that I liked and could be delivered in the time frame I needed. Great Person 5 Stars!!!

Oliver was great and very knowledgeable, he did not push anything on me that I didn’t want or try to upsell me, I actually asked at the end for the extras he mentioned while explaining the mattresses. After previous bad experiences with Ashley/john v I’m happy to say I’m a customer again thanks to Oliver.
