Appointments were easy to get. Greg and Brennan came as expected. Listened to our problem. Diagnosed and evaluated the problem quickly and checked with me before starting. Good results. Would recommend Aspaugh anyday.
Always professional and upfront. Repaired a GFI outlet and installed a new 4 prong outlet on lower level. They look great! JR was courteous and open about all costs. The reason I hire Ashpaugh is because of customer service and trust. In fact I was more than comfortable having JR complete the work in my home after I left for work. Called and got an appointment within a few days. Evan and Killian were the technicians. They were very friendly and professional. Everything was done quickly and with no problems.
Easy to schedule service, great communication regarding electricians, who and when they were coming. Evan & Sam, and Steve & Killian did a great job, very professional and cleaned up the work area afterwards. Fixed some minor issues that the builder’s electricians caused without us even asking. I feel they went above & beyond the basic scope of their work order. Definitely will use them again.
Brian and his team have continued to provide exemplary quality and service on the two times we have used them for help with our house. Steve and Killian were both patient with questions and very kind. No mess left behind, very professional. I've had Ashpaugh do an overhead to underground conversion, add an outlet where a line was cut, and install an all new ceiling fan where there was no previous light. JR and Derek did a great job installing an 84 inch ceiling fan on a ceiling that is 21 feet high after many other professionals refused to tackle the challenge. Recommended!
JR was out this week to replace switches and hard wired smoke detectors. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He didn’t seem to mind me peppering him with questions. I would use him again without reservation.
