Scheduling the appointment was easy and Dudley arrived to complete the work. He started with the estimate for the 220 line because he had to collect the information and send it back to the office for them to quote. He completed the other projects easily and to our satisfaction. He kept me updated on what each one would cost before he started it.

It was great. Work was done very quickly and competently. COVID-19 precautions were fully followed by Micah the electrician.

We had an electrical problem after a big storm and power outage. Evan, the Ashpaugh electrician, came on short notice and already had the solution to fix the problem. Evan was one of our electricians on a previous repair. He followed the coronavirus quarantine protocol and was in and out in a good time. We appreciate how responsive and professional Ashpaugh Electric has been when we needed them.

I called for service on Friday and they came Monday - quick response. Dudley was the representative, arrived a few minutes before the promised time slot, and very cordial and professional. He gave me a cost quote before starting any work and explained what was needed to bring work to completion and code. A nice thing they do is send you a text that your service person is in route. This was the first time I have used Ashpaugh and I was very satisfied with the results.

Dudley was very courteous and did a great job in replacing a defective fan with a replacement from the supplier. The cost was $121, which was a fraction of what another provider had quoted. This is the third time I have used Ashpaugh and they are now my preferred electrical service provider.

It went well, after some initial problems (failing to get me a quote in a timely manner). Greg (the electrician), was friendly and professional. The work was done well. I have no complaints.
