Another wonderful experience with Ashpaugh, this time with Dudley. We were given a 30 min arrival window and he arrived promptly. As with our previous visit, we were grateful for a short arrival window time, and for the call beforehand as well as timely arrival. Dudley was knowledgeable and able to meet all of our needs (adding an outlet, changing light fixtures and checking wiring). We will continue to use Ashpaugh for our future electrical needs.

This was our first time using Ashpaugh Electric. Scheduling was easy and we got an appointment quickly. Our electrician, Dudley, was on time, friendly, and quick to diagnose the issue with our ceiling fan. He explained the problem to me and recommended we get a new one. We will certainly call Ashpaugh again when we are ready to have it installed.

We called Ashpaugh Electric immediately when we were told by a Groves Appliance Serviceman that there was an electrical issue between our meter panel and the outlet servicing our dryer. (We had Groves come out to check out an electrical smell that we thought was coming from the dryer). We had used Ashpaugh before and they have always been prompt, thorough and professional. Excellent. Two electricians arrived on time. Worked quickly to swap out detecters. They seem functional. We’re in and out in about an hour. Correctly applied discount. I this is my go—to electric company.

Steve was great. He arrived on time and diagnosed and fixed all switches in a timely manner. He also explained to me, in layman's terms, what the exact problem with the switches were.

We were able to schedule next day service. Dudley, our service guy, was top notch. He diagnosed and explained the issue clearly, promptly made the repairs, and made sure all was working properly before leaving. Excellent service and customer relations start to finish.

As always, Dudley did a great job for us. He has become our "family electrician"!
It went very well. Micah was able to quickly diagnose the faulty install that caused the wires to overheat and melt the connections. Monte stopped by to help force bit until Monte came to help rewire across the house down to the breaker box. The install was very professional and looks better than before. The men were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Dudley and Steve were on time and on the money. Took care of everything on the list, exercised some creativity, and made it look good. Very satisfied with the service. Have used them for 30 years in a house I've occupied for 35.
