Great! Dudley explained how he was going to trouble- shoot and he and Cole quickly identified and fixed the problem. These guys were prompt, polite, efficient and explained what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost all along the way. I would definitely recommend this company this team.

We have used Ashpaugh for many years. We rely on their integrity, competitive pricing but mostly work quality. This time, Steve and Micah did the work and, not surprisingly they were great! Very focused on doing the job the way we wanted yet offered their opinions as appropriate. Based on what our goals were for the lighting in the living room, Steve suggested we may want to use recessed lights versus eyeballs. I received a call from Tiara at Ashpaugh about an hour after buying the 2 hrs of electric labor Deal and she scheduled the work with 2 work days of our call. Dudley & Cole were on time, polite and professional. Dudley listened patiently to what I needed & gave a great summary by phone when they finished. Great Dudley and Cole took down the old one The new one was more difficult as it was oblong with 2 chains rather than the original which had one They had to move the heavy oak table measured down how far the original hung They were here about 90 minutes Both Dudley and Cole have done previous work for me Nice22 men professional

Everything went well. The job before mine ran over so they arrived later then expected but Brian the owner called and explained the situation. Dudley & Cole were very helpful and professional. They even had another technician,Greg, come so they could get all the work done in one trip and not have to come back at another time. I really appreciated this. All of the men were polite and kind. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The owner came out to inspect our electrical panel and give an estimate for the installation of a whole-home surge protector (already owned.) We were quoted 2 hours of labor and around $70 in parts. I purchased their Angie's List Deal which was 2 hours of labor for $189 instead of their normal $210. Dudley came out to the house to do the work and was very courteous, professional and quick. After many electrical projects due to renovations since we have owned our home we decided to have a real professional electrician inspect our house to make sure everyone did a good job.
