Dudley was the master electrician doing our job. We have used Dudley before and we're extremely pleased. We had a Casablanca Panama fan installed in our master bedroom. It was a hot day, and he worked diligently through hot and humid conditions, even with our air conditioner on. Great work ! We utilized their Angie List special deal for ceiling fan install. Went over the special 130.00 by 88.00 due to some additional work he had to do with the fan switch.
Dudley did an excellent job and did not want to leave until everything was functioning to our satisfaction. I was out of town and I felt confident that the work was done correctly. I would highly recommend Ashpaugh Electric for your next job.
Great! Dudley was fabulous! He was very friendly and polite and arrived first thing in the morning. He explained everything that he was doing and what was needed to fix our problems. Would definitely use this company again and will ask for Dudley!
Dudley was efficient, polite and answered my questions before/after the project. I was pleased with the work and the process, and would hire these guys again via Angie's List for similar electrical work..
The gentleman, Dubley, that did the service was so exceptional. I was hard to please and he was the person anyone would wish to ask to hire. And the front desk, Leona, is very friendly. And the owner himself contacted me the night to check as I was a new customer.
What a wonderful experience! Everyone was professional, friendly, and they got the job done all before noon! I will definitely call Ashpaugh Electric again for any electrical issues that come up in the future.
They did a good service. They came on time and they did a very professinal job with no trouble. Just excellent.
Very impressed with the effort made to achieve customer satisfaction. The ceiling fan after installation made a clicking noise. On the callback, it was determined that the problem was due to poor assembly in manufacture, not the responsibility of the Ashpaugh installer. However, Mr. Ashpaugh disassembled the fan and corrected the problem at no extra cost.
The process went well. Dudley arrived promptly at 8 am, talked me through the plan, and performed the work we agreed on. He finished the project on time and ensured the work area was clean before leaving the house. Job well done.
