It went well. We have used Ashpaugh Electric for a number of years and have always be satisfied. Dudley and Cole were courteous and professional, just what I would expect.

They were installed and very professional, however, I thought their price was way out of line.

In serving the homeowner, it required two separate onsite trips. Upon our initial arrival we found that the paddle fans that were furnished by the homeowner contained the incorrect down rods that go between the ceiling and the actual paddle fan. She had to special order the correct size down rods for the paddle fans. Upon the correct down rods coming in, we immediately returned with no additional assessment fees. The electrician was very conscientious. The quality of his work was good. My only hesitation with the company was with scheduling. I had mentioned that I had two jobs to complete when I scheduled the service call; the electrician was not given enough time to get both jobs done. The scheduler for the company was supposed to have followed up for the second job and never did.

We were honored to serve the homeowner in the replacement of their defective paddle fan and light assembly. The exterior overhead wiring going from the house to the detached garage did need to be replaced, but due to the multiple electrical factors it was determined by myself that a quotation would not need to be provided prior to the installation. I called Ashpaugh first thing Monday morning and they were able to get someone to my house by noon. Dudley and Tommy worked until 8 PM to install a new panel. Very professional professional, kept me updated through the process, and did a great job.

The gentleman who came to my house was professional but wasn't able to give me a quote. He said the owner would email me one. I still haven't heard from them.

We did make an onsite quote appointment to look at relocating a lighting fixture. Upon the return to my office the file unfortunately was misplaced in my filing system. I was not aware until I received the Angie's List report that I had fallen short with this Angie's List customer. Follow up visit today from my new favorite electrician, Dudley. He returned with the parts that had to be ordered to complete the work in my basement. He got the work done efficiently and with no problems. Dudley is always friendly and professional. I told him I was going to nickname him Dudley Do-Right! Ashpaugh is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. I will definitely call upon them again when electrical work is needed.

The technicians, Dudley and Cole, arrived on time and as promised. The work was done professionally and exactly as we wanted it done. The technicians were very respectful of our home and our property. They completed the work in a timely fashion and explained the work that they did. Once again, Ashpaugh hit a home run with regards to customer service!!
