I’ve used Ashpaugh in the past so they were my first call. I contacted the company, thru their web site, and explained that I had a light pole that had broken off underground and that I was relatively sure that the cabling was not up to code. I wanted someone to come and look at it and give me an estimate to fix the issues. Highly recommend Greg and Cole II. They were both extremely professional, and honest. Originally thought it would be a more expensive diagnosis, but when they realized it might not be as complicated as anticipated, they adjusted the price down. Unique to see that honesty and integrity in this day and age. Highly recommend, and will be making an appointment requesting Greg and Cole for them to come back out for additional work.

Dudley arrived on time, took time to assess what needed to be done, and explained everything. Special light bulbs will need to be ordered, and he will return to finish the job. He was courteous and professional.
Dudley was great. This was a serious problem and not easily located but Dudley's experience enabled him to systematically and efficiently search for and resolve the problem. Nice guy too. Would definitely want him back for any future work we might need.
It took two and a half hours to do the work. He was very precice in his measurements and very neat. He let me know up front how much he would be able to get done in the 2 hour offer I had purchased and that he may need to go over.
Perfect! They were always very explicit in putting a price to a job. If there was any changes they explained why and how much. I mostly worked with Dudley and he was very sweet, professional, explained everything thoughly. Highly recommend .
