I called on Friday afternoon to schedule the work, and I was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. Wow! Gary and Cole came to our house to help with a number of small electrical projects. They were polite, friendly, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and even wore slipper covers over their shoes. They were knowledgeable, safe, and they did their work very quickly, which I was pleasantly surprised about. Circuit was determined to be sound. An outlet that had been replaced by a non-electrician workman was determined to have been wired in incorrectly. Outlet wiring was corrected. The outlet breaker had failed to trip at the outlet because of the wiring error, so the circuit breaker tripped - when a different workman brought a microwave!! to heat his lunch and overloaded the outlet. All was set right by Ashpaugh electrician.

Steve and Micah fixed all the problems, and it turned out the utility issue was not an electrical problem, although the 3 way light switches were. They had a horrible time getting to our house which was sandwiched in with lots of construction on Springmill, but were cheerful when they arrived, although it clearly had been a real pain. They explained the problem, replaced some fluorescent tubing, and fixed the culprit light switch creating the issues. They were good natured and efficient.

They came the day I called. It took some ingenuity, but the electrician figured out how to reach the alarm, quickly figured out the problem and replaced it with a new one.

He knew right away what was wrong and was very confident about how to fix it. Steve was extremely friendly & thorough! Even checked another switch to make sure everything was in working condition, before he left!
