Dudley was very professional and personable. He walked through the issues and explained why the switches were arching and why the garage light wasn't working. I was a little concerned that the cost would be extremely expensive, but then pleasantly surprised. I kept Dudley's business card for using Ashpaugh in the future.

We were not real pleased that a 1-3pm arrival window became 4pm and then 5-5:15pm, as we had several other activities outside the home planned for the late afternoon; the delays turned out to be caused by an employee's emergency, which we understand. However, the office could have advised us early in the day of the scheduling challenge, anticipated the delay, and offered the option to reschedule. My Master Electrician who was scheduled to go to the [Member Name Removed]'s residence did receive an emergency call from Hospice Care on Friday morning telling him that he needed to get to his mother's bedside as Hospice felt she only had a few hours remaining. He immediately needed to go and be with his mother and his family. Dudley and Cole arrived on time, introduced themselves and reviewed the project with me. Dudley had been here before about the estimate so he knew what I wanted. They were professional and courteous, on task, and competed the work promptly according to my needs. They cleaned the area of all packaging and installation debris and checked the work before leaving.

Dudley did a great job. He was on time and took his time to explain my options before the work was done. He followed all CDC guidelines with respect to COVID-19 (e.g., clean hands, face mask, boot covers, work from a distance). Finally, he left the work areas completely clean.
