The good news is that they fixed the issue. I will say that my mother is the one that meet them at my home to preform the work. Her comments is that they were not professionally dressed (no uniform or at least identifying the company. There overall grooming was lacking and I'm sorry to say they did not smell good -- not from having worked, but lack of cleaniness. I only share this because I think it important the the company consider the impressions and what people would want from service people in their home. She said their... read more

I am very apologetic that you were not completely satisfied with all aspects of our service that we performed for you in your home. My electricians are required to wear uniforms during working hours, however the temperature on your service date was cool / overcast and my men, on previous jobs, had been working outside to repair electrical issues and covered their uniforms with outerwear and sweatshirts. The process overall went well. One of their workers came out to draft an estimate for a fee and we received it after a week. Unfortunately, what we were asking to perform was a little bit more complex than what we thought it would be. The owner Brian called me to follow up after the estimate and even offered solutions to all of my concerns which was great!
