Purchased 2 hours of service offering. Was contacted promptly and was scheduled conveniently. Dudley was very efficient and checked the areas of concern. As it turned out, the system was already in place and he showed us how they were connected. One could to be replaced for convenience and he explained the cost for the receptacle and that was completed. My husband had another future project he wanted to discuss so that was accessed and planned for the future. All in all a great experience. Will definitely use them again.

Great, if fact did not need installation. Checked all outlet to verify were correct.
My experience with Ashpaugh Electric was excellent and the entire process was professional from the beginning to the end. Brian Ashpaugh came out to the house and gave us a very detailed and thorough proposal of all the electrical work that we wanted to have done. Fantastically well. Brian was able to diagnose the problem even with my poor description and pictures. Evidently it is very common. Ashpaugh arranged with the tenants to arrive and replace the fixture (plus another fixture that needed attention) in exactly the time window they promised. My tenants were obviously happy to have a functioning light again but more so that Ashpaugh could complete the work in the time promised.

It went very well. We had had another electrician out earlier who said it could not be done. We paid him the same amount that we later paid Ashpaugh though he stayed half the time. We were very disappointed. I knew I had seen Ashpaugh trucks around and we decided to call them. It worked out very nicely. They know what they are doing.

Great! The serviceman, Dudley, was about 45 minutes early (nice!) and got right to work. Finished in less than an hour & even cleaned up the dust & made time so I could clean behind the range while it was still pulled out. I had purchased an Angie's List deal so it was truly a good deal.

They did everything they said they would. They were extremely professional and punctual. You can tell they take customer service seriously, which can sometimes be hard to find.
