Shane showed up in the morning. Very polite and professional. I explained to him that lightning hit my next door neighbors home and caused damage to my homeas well. Blew out my garage door opener, washer, microwave, modem, phoneand all my light bulbs. I wanted reassurance that nothing was wrong with my electrical system and is the reason I called them out. They were always very professional, very friendly, and very courteous. We haven't had any problems so the quality of work is very good.
They did great job. They were very professional, on time and finished the job quickly. Their price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again in the future.
It went well. They were a bit pricey but the work was good. I had a lot of work done, so they offered me a discount on their service warranty, which I accepted. They followed through on their warranty and provided the service check at a later date.
My experience in the past has been very good and I was not disapointed this time. They come on time, complete the work and make sure everyting is in order before they leave including cleaning up etc.
The lady taking the initial call was very pleasant & professional. She made sure to get the brand name of the breaker box to insure the technician had the appropriate part. Time was scheduled at my convenience with the Tech, Shane, arriving as planned. He explained his trouble shooting technique and pricing and was very efficient in locating and repairing the problem. No attempt for an inappropriate up-sale. <br /> <br /> I would definitely recommend ASHPAUGH ELECTRIC

Automated pool cover motor (2 years old) wouldn't work at start of season. Since motor fairly new, I called electrician to evaluate for wiring issue. He came out and inspected system and said the wiring was fine and the problem was the motor. I called pool cover company. He touched 2 low voltage wires together and the motor started and retracted the cover. Showed me where an animal had chewed on a wire. I called back Ashpaugh and they sent the same electrician out. Ashpaugh Electric did make a site visit to the member’s home, where we did do electrical testing on the motor and found that the high voltage circuitry was working properly. Our initial visit did make an incorrect diagnosis that the electrical motor having proper electrical circuitry was defective. Misdiagnosis was based upon careful electrical testing of the high voltage circuitry and the low voltage (control circuitry) showing a green indicator light, which indicates its proper operation.
