Had to make a phone call at the end of my scheduled window for the appointment (12:00-3:00 pm) to make sure they were still coming. Arrived just past 3:00. The trouble was identified quickly and GFI replaced. Friendly and competent.
They charged a flat fee per light. The job look longer than was expected, so it didn't end up being a bad value. We were pleased with the result and so far the lights have been working perfectly. We didn't get other quotes on the work so we rated price as B rather than A. We used this company again based on positive past experiences.
The electrician was very thorough, checking all outlets in the area. He kept the area clean, and was professional from beginning to end.
I had a contract with them where they came out twice a year. They came out once earlier. This was their second visit. I was very satisfied with their services. They had a window showy thing and they called before coming over. I would be using them in the future for putting up a ceiling fan in my house.
They did a very nice job.....
We called on November 3. An appointment was set for November 8, between 8:00 -12 noon. She explained there would be a $70 charge for the electrician to make the trip. At approximately 11:05, the office called to say that the electrician had been delayed and wouldn't be there until the afternoon. We explained we wouldn't be home. They offered to come between 8 - 12 Wednesday. I requested that we be the first appointment of the day, she said "no." They could reschedule us for Friday, November 12. Phone conversation to make appointment was very friendly and informative. Service man showed up on time, gave an individual cost on each job, gave me information about the time required and very efficiently did the work.
Larry did a wonderful job. We had a family emergency I had to unexpectedly attend to that day so I was in and out while he worked. Everything was handled as quickly as possible in a professional manner. I was not there upon arrival however but we have a dog that is very leery of strangers, particularly men, and barks constantly when other contractors have been to our home.
