Brian Ashpaugh has the best customer service of any vendor I have ever used on Angie's List.... I've been a member since it's inception 15 yrs ago. Brian went ABOVE AND BEYOND in his handling of my situation - even giving me his cell number to reach him.

We called and got a quick and detailed estimate. We had several questions and made some changes to the scope of work. Steve was very responsive and helpful in making the changes. We took a while to make a final decision to move forward. Once we agreed there was a small mix-up over when work would start. Not a big deal and the company accepted responsibility for the oversight. The quality of the work was very good. They cleaned up and finished very quickly.

Punctual estimate and installation, novel and creative design to overcome obstacles during installation, patience and thoroughness to ensure accurate and safe wiring to power proper areas of house and stayed as long as it took to complete work. Professional cleanup and final appearance following installation.

They've always been on time, and they're very professional. They know what they are doing. They were not overly expensive. I thought I may need a new pole light, but they said I just needed a new bulb.

I must join the ranks of pleased customers for this company. I think they are expensive, but I am pleased with their professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, and quality of service. I may not be able to use them for all projects because of their rates, but I will use them whenever possible. The annual rate for their maintenance contract of $169 is reasonable. It includes two inspections a year.

I was informed when I made the appointment there would be a $70.00 fee up front for just having the electrician come to the house in addition to what it would cost to fix the problem. In setting up the appointment it was also explained that before preceding the electrician would tell me how much it would cost prior to preceding and would only continue with a repair if I gave permission. I had three people look at a problem, the first said it could not be repaired, the second said repairs coud be made if he could only find the parts, he also miss added the estimate. The first party also left his tools behind when he left. Ashpugh looked at the service and said it could be easily repaired, they stocked the needed parts, and their estimate was 1/3 the cost of the other two. Shane did a professional job, under difficult circumstances, to relocate the 220 receptacle. He also made an estimate for this- Larry performed the second step 1 wk following the estimate and did an excellent job with courtesy and dispatch.
