I do not recommend Ashton Gardens as a venue for many reasons, but highlighting the top 3 reasons here. 1. The coordinators are overworked and lack attention to detail - My coordinator said she managed 2 weddings a day on Fridays and Saturdays. I was the Saturday night wedding and let’s just say I could feel it. She messed up the ceremony processional sending down the flower girls at the same time when I asked for it to be separate. My husband and I booked with Ashton Gardens in 2019 for a Summer 2020 wedding. We were impressed with the beauty of the venue and the professionalism of the staff. Unfortunately, like many weddings in 2020, our wedding was postponed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. At some point in 2020, Ashton Gardens was sold to a new management company, Walters Wedding Estates. RUN, RUN, RUN! FUTURE BRIDES BEWARE!!! Don't be fooled like we were and listen to the negative reviews! WARNING: Lies, deception, scam, poor to non-existent communication, shoddy coordinators, ruined wedding experience... DON'T BOOK HERE! We're still waiting on our security deposit and the management doesn't care about us. They won't provide any kind of refund and don't care that our wedding was ruined. Shame on you, Ashton Gardens staff! You take people's money and all you see is dollar signs!

Beautiful venue, but service and value offered are not worth it. To summarize, the staff are extremely disorganized and bad at communication. As a venue, they do the bare minimum. Food: Only one appetizer included. Tastings are $500 and only include two of each item - they charge $50 for additional ones. Had my wedding ceremony here in August 2020. Had a reception in August 2021. For August 2020, everything was perfect! The coordinator was great and the day was the most perfect day ever! Nothing went wrong that I know of! Then, the venue was sold I guess, cause in August 2021, I had the opposite experience. My wedding was on 11/11/21 and many issues took place that day. Some of which I had previously discussed with the new person who I started working with the week of the wedding. The other person I was working with did not answer any of my questions and did not communicate with me at all. I am very disappointed about the unprofessional manner the staff at Ashton Gardens displayed at my daughter's wedding most recently and if I could give a negative star rating I would. First of all, we met with Bri Hampton on several occasions, (maybe 5 or 6 times) and we did not get a full detailed explanation of the fees upfront. Pros: I was so excited to have my morning wedding at Ashton Gardens on 12/08/18. 1. The venue is classy, stunning, and requires little decoration to really make it stand out. 2. There is a coordinator to make sure you stay on time and help you through the little wedding kinks you may not think about. 3. The price is up front with no hidden fees. 4. The food is amazing. 5. The service we received on our wedding day was UNACCEPTABLE. When looking for a venue, AG's reviews were great & we picked it, even though this venue was a 3 hour drive from home.
