This place is just gorgeous. We fell in love with the look and how they made it seem like a well oiled machine. The only thing this place does is weddings! But some how thing seemed to go wrong. Samantha was our coordinator and she was very friendly and responsive before the ceremony. I agree with the reviews written. The venue is amazing and the staff is very professional and easy to work with. We had their "moonlight" ceremony and the chapel was just stunning. Our ceremony was perfect and the reception went very well. The food was great and wait staff did a very professional job. OK, now for the "not so good". If you book AG, make sure your entire wedding party arrives completely dressed and ready to go. Only allow time for the bride to put on her dress. The allotment of time is just way to short. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. However, the staff does not know how to read their own calendar and will promise you a date and then take it away. This happened to me not only once, but twice. Unfortunately, this venue was THE place for my wedding but after both of these incidents I will be looking for a new place for my wedding and encouraging all others I know to NOT visit Ashton Gardens.
