Excellent work by Mike Sloan, unclogging a commode. Mike unclogged one of our commodes at 8:00 AM, Dec. 26.2014. We had an overflow emergency Christmas night. I was able to reach a live person at ASI Plumbing and she scheduled Mike for early the next morning. Terrific service. Mike was thorough, neat and courteous. Perfect I had a utility or laundry sink installed in my basement. Everything went just as planned...Carlton was on time, he was professional, quick, and did a great job. I am very pleased, which is why we always use ASI for all of our plumbing problems.
Carlton and Wade replaced badly leaking water service from foundation to shutoff, replacing shutoff Plumbing in a 145 year old house badly needed repair of nearly broken pipe just inside the foundation. Despite much rain, very small crawl space and every disadvantage that comes when working on building that age, Carlton with his assistant Wade did an excellent job. If that wasn't enough, both were informative, polite and personable, making this actually a pleasant plumbing experiences. Grateful for their excellent work!
Great plumbing company! The full experience was amazing, from the service to our plumber, Mike Sloan! He walked us through everything and explained everything that he did. The price was very reasonable, he was very personable, and if we ever have anymore plumbing problems we will call ASI and ask for Mike!!
Needed a new garbage disposal I had a great experience with this service. I called for an appointment and got one the next day. Mike Sloan called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and was very personable. He replaced the broken disposal and was done in no time at all. Great service and with a smile. Thank Mike.
