Great experience overall We have experienced a multitude of plumbing issues in our 60+ year old home. ASI ( Carlton was our plumber) has been top knotch in all areas. The work was done in a timely fashion. Carlton is very professional and a pleasure to work with.
great job...as always One might say our old house is a plumbing nightmare, and we have had to call ASI plumbing out numerous times for different reasons. They have done many jobs, and have always been very friendly, professional, on time, efficient, and do a great job. Mike came out today and did another excellent job in cleaning out our bathroom sink and tub drains. That's why we always call on them...we know we can count on them.
Bathroom/kitchen faucet and basement shower repairs Mike Sloan came out to complete bathroom faucet and shower repairs on 11/7. Then Carlton completed a kitchen faucet service on 11/8. They were both professional, punctual and able to repair everything back to working order. I was very satisfied with the level of service and their level of expertise. I will definitely be recommending ASI Plumbing in the future for any other plumbing needs.
Carlton fixed backed up pipes... I had walked into a nightmare of everything that had running water backed up into our washing machine....I didn't know what to do....I Google'd plumbers and came up with a list of fancy names...but I thought to go on INSTAGRAM and see if there were any local plumbers and typed in #louisvilleplumber and LO AND BEHOLD ASI PLUMBING was THE ONLY ONE LISTED with Tommy the Toilet, LOL!!! Carlton to the rescue We had an immediate plumbing issue that needed addressing. Carlton arrived first thing in the morning, quickly determined the problem, went to get parts, came back, did the installation, cleaned the area. Carlton is efficient and provides great customer service
