I felt very welcomed I received excellent care and attention while they took my X-rays I then meet with the hygienes she went over my X-rays with me she explained to me the results of what she saw on the X-rays she then explained what course of action that could be taken to prevent bone loss and have a healthy mouth that effects my overall health. Overall my experience was pleasant. Dr. Lloyd helped make the procedure itself much easier and less painful than I anticipated. I would recommend him for services. The office however did have quite a few hiccups scheduling appointments. There was one appointment that wasn't recorded despite the fact i spoke on the phone with two separate employees.
