All the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The doctor I saw was very nice and explained everything he was doing and how I should be feeling throughout the extraction of a tooth. Was so happy to have the issue resolved at the same appointment. Would definitely tell everyone what a great place Aspen Dental was and recommend them to see this dental place.
I have had 5 appointments this year because I was unable to see a dentist for years because of my health. My procedures have gone well and I have had no pain during the procedures and for the most part no pain after the procedure. My most recent appointment I was seen by a different dentist and they did a very good job but they overdid the Novocain by a lot! It usually takes about an hour to two hours for me to get feeling back but this time it took 5 hours! Happy but still numb!!
My visit was wonderful, I am working in area and have been experiencing severe pain from a cracked tooth. I went to office at 9:30 am. Left office called # that receptionist gave me, rescheduled and was back at 1pm and out at 2:22 pain free . Every single person there was just wonderful and helpful will definitely recommend. Thanks to the whole staff.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the care I got. I switched dental offices due to new insurance. I was with my other dentist over 40 years, true professionals. I was worried about changing dentist’s. I got very good care, very pleasant professional associates and dentist. I felt welcome and was handled very gently.
My husband scheduled an emergency extraction for a tooth that is hanging on by a thread. He was clear with them several times, that he didn't need a dental visit, JUST am emergency extraction. He communicated with them via email multiple times, to VERIFY it was an extraction appointment, requesting that they inform him if it was NOT going to be an extraction appointment.
