From the very beginning my experience was quite positive. My whole family received a free first visit and x-rays. I liked that I knew how much I was going to pay for my teeth upfront and could make a budget. I do not have dental insurance and for those of you who don t as well, know that dental visits are costly. I found that there fees were competitive and that I could come in and make payments. just would like to say that my experience with aspen dental was a very big surprise. this was the first time i had ever had my teeth deep cleaned and was nervious. everyone i talked to said it was going to be very painful, but thanks to the experience of Lori the hygentist there it was nothing but a good experience for me. i highly reccomend the team at aspen dental in augusta.
I'm 55,on a fixed income,no insurance, and really ashamed of the condition my teeth were in. It took me a long time to save the money to get them taken care of. From my first contact with Ryan, the office mgr, until the end of the procedures in the dentists chair, I felt a real intest in me and my needs.The entire staff were professanal, knowlegable, and frendly at all times.
