Had teeth cleaning with Sam. Everyone was polite and helpful. Did not have to wait. I have been visiting the Keene dental office for many years and like the office staff. They are helpful to answer my questions. I have noticed many Doctors (Dentist) seldom stay very long. Why is this?
Prompt. Sam is great and gives us good care and advice.
Hygienist was great I usually have extra sensitive gums and hate going to the dentist but she made it a great experience. Dentist came in to check a place of concern and she was gentle and calm making me relaxed.
Very upbeat atmosphere. Aspen Dental Keene is very comfortable, professional, and friendly. Great cleaning...looking forward to a long dental relationship.
The staff were wonderful however the wait time was unnecessary. I arrived for my 7:30 appt 15 mins early but still waited until after 8 to get in. The whole of early apps is so you don't have to wait
