Everyone was great, friendly. I believe I made a good connection with Aspen. What concerned me was the two Dis Satisfied people. This worries me, I left not knowing about my choice. I hope I can trust Aspen...feeling unsettled.
Everyone has seen commercials on TV but I can tell you that the ones for Aspen Dental are for real. There are no words to explain my fear of all things dental and years of neglect. My first appointment was outstanding. Everyone there was friendly, understanding and attentive. My husband anticipated that I would either not complete the appointment or be in tears. I went for my six month cleaning and I was in and out in no time. The experience was great.
Very kind staff, helped me with my dental anxiety
recently relocated from Bangor to Topsham, first cleaning was today. A very pleasant visit with Tina being my Hygienist. She didn't scrape so far down into the gum line that I would come up out of my chair, ( like my last hygienist in Bangor), Seemed to do a very thorough job and gave me a generous goodie bag too.She was then able to schedule my next cleaning right there so I didn't have to go up front to the schedulers.
So far the experience has been great. The people exceptionally friendly. You are the best.
