Dr Burns helped the bone spur that was bothering my teeth!! Isaac is great I've known him for the last two years . Stephanie was very nice also.
I became a new patient due to a dental emergency. They scheduled me the very next day, which was such a relief. The staff were friendly & helpful; and the dentist did a fine job. I was in and out within one hour. It was a very good dental experience.
Caring and understanding of my needs.
The office was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. The only negative was the price I was quoted on the phone as a new patient was not the same that the office was going to charge. The consultation was free as they quoted, however there was a $30 descrepancy regarding the cleaning/exam.
Everyone was so helpful and explained everything and made me feel very satisfied
I was seen right on time and Alyson did a great job cleaning my teeth. Best dentist office I've ever been to!
Dental assistant was very kind and patient with me during the X-rays she was very personable .. The doctor seemed nice but she was a bit curt. Office manager was very clear and informative on my responsibilities also very pleasant .
Experience was great. Every visit has been very professional. Only issue was an over charge for some denture repair. Office manager, Maria, was to credit my account for the amount. It has only been 3 days, but has not yet been deposited into my account. Not a big deal, I know it will get done. My experience with Aspen during this time period has been unbelievable, with the office calling the day after my oral surgery to check on me. I would recommend Aspen to anyone who needs dental work.
Everyone was pretty great except the hygienist who checked my gums. She was very rough and didn't seem to care when I was in obvious discomfort. I had told her beforehand that my gums were very sensitive in areas.i hope to never have her again.
