Went in for a filling and impressions. My appt was for 10am. I was called back around 10:15am. The impressions were done fairly quickly, but then I waited for an hour for the dentist to come in and do the filling. Once he came in, it was quick, but I missed an extra hour of work, just waiting.
I liked the dentist very much which is rare for me. And I felt good about him and trusted him and felt he took care to explain to me. I wasn't prepared for the news but he was kind and considerate. The exam room was far too cold tho and they should fix that. I needed a lab coat to borrow, it was so chilly. All staff were very nice.
Great staff in rutland Vermont office!!!! I have dental anxiety , and the staff pit me at ease every time!!! Kudos to Rutland!!!!!!😍😃

Staff was very professional, thorough and kind.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, my appointment started 45 minutes late and once in the exam room I waited another 40 minutes before the doctor came in. They were great when trying to work with my very hectic schedule and got my in for 3 minor fillings the same day!
