Surgery went great. I was a hot mess, I hyperventilated, cried like a big baby and made a huge scene but the office manger/director Walter was so awesome. He made me feel right at home even after I was extremely rude to him. I've been so scared of going to the dentist but Walter and the oral surgeon Ross Freeman were so caring and treated me with patience, they were calm and I have not ONE complaint. I would recommend this place to everyone especially people with severe fear of the dentist. I had 9 teeth extracted, iv sedation and a bottom partial. I'm going back for three frontal crowns and a gingivitis cleaning. I cannot wait for my new smile. Walter and Dr. Freeman are seriously the answer to your fear of the dentist chair. I'm almost 30 and haven't been to the dentist since I was 11 if that helps put anything into perspective. Thank you both! Oh and Scott, thank you for being awesome too! You were patient and nice to me as well even after I called 100 times bothering you!

Friday Dec. 20, 2019 I had a dental emergency & all Dental offices I called were closed on Friday, so I asked one of answering services of a dental office what does a person do in an emergency she said Aspen dental was open. So I called & they scheduled me appointment for that afternoon with a wait time to work me in, was there at 1:15 as scheduled & was seen & fractured tooth removed & on my way home by 3:30pm. I was ever so grateful to them as they made the work they did on me affordable,I am on social security & can't afford all the work that needs to be done. Dr Tran & all the staff were very compassionate, which I appreciated so very much as it seems there are not a lot of people that are compassionate for the retired elderly around. Seems I found a dental office that is & am so grateful. Lynn Widman😀

Aspen is the best Dental Office I have ever been in. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and courteous. The Dental Staff were knowledgeable and so friendly. The whole office was clean and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of picking a new Dental office or starting with them at the beginning.

I am a retired dental office manager. I was at first skeptical of going to a "Corporate" office. I was pleasantly surprised. Pindy greeted me and took all my "free" xrays. I am a non insurance new patient and consider the free exam and films a real gift. I am scheduled for further care and could not have been happier with the care and also the business staff. Sarah made the front office stuff as painless as the clinical. Professional, knowledgeable, and caring.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I haven’t had this good of an experience from a dentist office in a long time. They explained everything from the beginning to the end of the appointment. The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t afford to have the deep cleaning done right now on the one side of my mouth so they won’t even clean my teeth at all.

Staff is pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Dr. Tran is doing an excellent job with my dental procedures, as does the staff. I am kept informed as to each procedure and cost. I am very pleased that I chose Aspen Dental for my dental needs.
