The answering service sucks. I had an appointment today at 11 o’clock that they never put me on the schedule for however, thankfully the office staff was great! I was still able to be seen, not for the cleaning I needed but I was in so much pain I barely cared about that. They pulled to tooth that was causing my agony and for that I’m forever grateful! Thank you Dr. Russo and staff!

I've been with them in Kingston for 10+ years. sometimes they mess up. most of the time I'm satisfied. if they mess up they work with me to correct it. The docs are cool and the girls are total sweethearts. I like the Blonde with glasses out front and I wish I could remember her name! Does anyone know so i don't have to look foolish and ask her?

Front Desk/billing staff grest! Friendly, competent, empathetic!! Dental Assistants great! Friendly, empathic, gentle, competent. Dr Russo and Kirk - the best! Patient, really skilled, gentle and concerned about the patient’s comfort. And best of all thay can do just about all the dental procedures. Getting into this office is pretty easy. Highly recommend!!

They were very nice to me. Told them I have a phobia of Dentist. They told me not to worry and they went over everything with me. They gave me options of what work I could have done. The only thing I would say is they are a little pricey. But what isn’t today.

Today was my first visit. I had lots of trouble at my last Dentist’s Office. I have not been to a dentist in awhile because of such terrible experiences in the past. Aspen Dental in Kingston was exceptional today. From everyone in the office to the dentist, it was nothing but pleasant. I actually had a dentist sit down and explain things to me. That never happened at the last Dentist’s Office. Plus, I learned I don’t have to have a procedure done that I was told I needed from the past. I go back tomorrow for some work - but... read more
