I walked into Aspen Dental after not being to a dentist in nearly 13 years. The receptionists were wonderful. I had to have a tooth extraction done I was extremely nervous and my blood pressure was through the roof. The dental assistant was absolutely amazing in helping me calm down and explaining things to me. The dentist was also very considerate. I especially liked the fact that anytime I could feel pain she was very good with taking care of it for me so I was comfortable.

Professional and friendly staff. I arrived five minutes early and only had a ten-minute wait. My only complaint is having to ask for an itemized receipt. I just enrolled in a Dental Discount Plan and wanted to see how much I saved. Shouldn't that be an automatic thing?
I had an appt with the oral surgeon.I thought I was gonna have to wait another 2 weeks to have my gums fixed. The Dr was great and said he could take care of it that day. Not happy I had to have work done but was so grateful he could take care of the issue right away. All the office and receptionist staff were great. Thank u Aspen Dental only wish u could be my primary dentist
I walked in at 8 when they opened. I had broken my Flipper which is one of my front teeth. No appointment. The receptionist as usual was very friendly. Told me I may have to wait about an hour. I said ok. Within 10 mins I was in with a doctor. I explained I would like to have it fixed if I could, she explained that it probably wouldn’t hold. We agreed they would try. New one wouldn’t be ready till Monday. So we did impressions for new ones hoping I would still have the old one fixed for weekend, since I deal with the public ... read more
Even though I’m a grumpy old guy everyone was really happy to see me again. It helped to loosen me up a little. Didn’t have to wait very long, it was a nice visit.

Everyone was super concerned about my extractions with Dr xue, who is excellent. Everyone from the front staff to the das and even dr bedin did their best to keep me calm and in good spirits because they could tell I was uncomfortable and nervous. No one likes going to the dentist but they do their best to make it as positive as possible.
When I needed to reschedule an appointment at another office, Aspen was able to accommodate us in a reasonable amount of time. We are always treated well and services are timely, which makes our visits very efficient. We will continue to use Aspen for our dental needs.
