The new doctor Doctor J, is absolutely fantastic, he’s patient with questions and just incredibly intelligent. I’m so so grateful to him!! Also, very kind and understanding. I want to be his friend in real life! Gwenith Paltrow (oops I mean Jessica 😉) is also my favorite all time dental hygienist. She’s incredibly talented and intelligent. I love her. Overall great experience. New front desk lady seems a tad shy and I hope she can blossom into a real outgoing personality. But we are all different and that’s ok too. ... read more
As good an experience as one can have at a dental visit. All staff were friendly and professional. Dentist Dr. J was welcoming, thorough and explained what was necessary and triaged plan of action. Dental hygienist was efficient and professional. Even billing was explained and an itemized bill provided. Correction made for an item not taken , credit to card forthcoming. Great experience! Awesome customer service throughout the whole experience! Staff was friendly and helpful throughout understanding the process and billing. Definitely would recommend going to Aspen Dental!
The dentist was engaging and very clear what he is doing and what to expect. Exit instructions were very clear. Office staff was clear about my financial responsibilities upfront. The office was busy today, and I could see why. Aspen has been my best dental experiences locally.
Place did great. I came in with a toothache that was killing me to the point I wanted to rip my ears out from the pain. I’m not even a patient and they got me right in and the staff was cool and the dentist dr was cool.
